Welcome Donors!

Your generosity helps make the North Pole Bazaar possible! We warmly invite local businesses, organizations, and community members to partner with us by donating money, themed gift baskets, prizes, gift cards, services, or unique experiences for our raffles and silent auction. These donations not only help support our fundraiser, but also add excitement and fun for the many guests who attend the event. Donors will be recognized as valued supporters of our community effort, and the event will be promoted through social media, community calendars, and local TV and radio website listings. Every contribution — large or small — helps make the Bazaar a memorable and successful event for everyone involved.

There are two donation options:

• Donation of money, of any amount. Donations of $250+ will be used to buy prize of some type (basket, prize, experience), donations of other amounts will be used as needed (e.g., buy stock for the General Store, combine for a basket).
• Donation of a themed basket, prize, or experience for Raffle or Silent Auction. The Silent Auction items will have a minimum bid set.

For each donation an acknowledgement letter, suitable for tax substantiation of the donation, will be sent via e-mail.
